Worst Living Experience I've Ever Had I've never left a review for an apartment/living area but I think people need to know how horrible Twin Cedars is. This has easily been the worst living situation I have ever had. We have lived here for almost a year. Our first day moving in we submitted 6 maintenance requests for things that were damaged/not working in our apartment from previous residents.
