Very easy to work with. They made the very drawn out process dealing with the home insurance company seem seamless, and they went above and beyond what was expected. Had shingles blow off my roof on a saturday. Thought I could repair it myself, but once I got on the roof the next day I figured I should call a pro. Called Twin Bridge on sunday afternoon, and they had a crew there to repair it within 2 hours. Crew was at my house for maybe 15 minutes and were very polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for roofing repair.
Working with James and his crew was an absolute delight. He was straightforward, quick to respond, honest, and truly the most reasonably priced. From start to finish, he and his crew were courteous, professional, and thorough. We simply cannot recommend them enough. The house was completed in 1 week and would have possibly been done sooner if not for inclement weather popping up. (thanks a lot Midwest summers!) Exceptional customer service. Exceptional product. Twin Bridge Construction did a quality job in a timely manner at a fair and equitable price. They went to great lengths to work with State Farm to get the claim resolved. They went to great effort to accomplish negotiations with the insurance company and get the best resolution for me as their customer. I would highly recommend them for any construction projects one might have.
We never know when storm approach what can really happen to your property. My neighbor's oak tree fell on my roof causing damage to my roof and siding, destroying gutters and leaving massive debris. I was recommended Twin Bridge Roofing and construction from a previous happy customer. For me it was so convenient to deal with one company for debris removal and fixing my roof.
