My friend went to get her hair dyed here and completely fried it and refused to give a refund. She left the dye on and my friend kept telling her it was burning her head and she still waited to take the dye out. Now after coming home, the blonde that was on there fell off so she has baby hairs where the blonde was. It was supposed to be a touch up but she also dyed the part that was already blonde. So it completely fried her hair and all she cared about was my friends money. So sad.

I went in for a simple black balayage with red ends. When I left I had maroon hair with bright orange roots. She told me up front she could do what I asked but after she had the bleach in my hair let me know that she wouldn’t do the black because “it wouldn’t match my complexion”. Was she super nice, yes. Did I leave with what I wanted, absolutely not. Will I be going again? No, without hesitation.
