It turns out that Twin Arms refused to reimburse me for pestcontrol I had to pay for out of pocket because their pest controller refused to finish bedbug treatment in my suite. Ok with me…their corporate bullying will not fly in the end, bc the law is on my side, and not theirs. I wanted to add this to my original, but edit button disappeared.
Ten years ago I would’ve given Twin Arms ten stars…today I’ll give them two. Major changes took place since COVID 19…the ambience isn’t friendly anymore, especially since they started major construction across the street…and the bedbug infestations makes me wish I was somewhere else because it is ongoing and won’t stop unless they get rid of their unscrupulous pest controller.
