Every year at this time, there is the RSNA trade show in Chicago. My first trip to the show was 14 years ago. That year, a coworker introduced me to Twin Anchors. I have been here every year since. Many of my current coworkers look forward to coming with me as well. I believe that they are the best ribs in Chicago!

This is the best place for ribs in Chicago! Try the prohibition sauce, unique recipe developed by the owner and his son. Also in the fall have the autumn mule, a great complement to the ribs.
