Do not waste your tine, this place is horrible, management is a joke, maintenance is even worse, lived there for 18 months in efficiency, apartment, and trailer, all 3 were literally falling apart, not cleaned before we moved in, and they harass you nonstop. They say the cable is included in the rent, ours was turned off every month because the owners didn't pay the bill STAY AWAY your better off at the city motel or a tent atbdeer creek
