I have been seeing Dr Twilling for many years. I struggle with chronic depressioin, and Dr Twilling offers the perfect balance of compassion and professionalism. Therapy with Dr Twilling, has helped me make better decisions in my life. Her compassion has helped me feel better about myself.
I had one appointment with Dr. Twilling. It seemed to be a good session and we scheduled another. She later contacted me to reschedule an appt we didn't have but I confirmed the correct date with her. The day before our actual appt, she contacted me to say she had to cancel again but could see me the next day. I arrived at our rescheduled appt and waited... for about 40 minutes. She didn't show up. No call, no email, nothing. It's been 2 months. Nothing like being ghosted by your therapist...
