Somewhat decent apartment. Had a very loud upstairs neighbor, and nothing was ever done when the issue was brought up to the landlord. Coin operated laundry machines suck. It’s $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry. The washer will eat your quarters on a consistent basis so you’re stuck with soap covered clothes if you don’t have extra quarters. The dryers take 2-3 cycles to dry, so you’re looking at $6-8 per ONE load. They don’t dry or clean well, and the complex won’t get them replaced despite several complaints. All other reviews are accurate! IF YOU ARE MILITARY I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. Took two trips to the legal office to leave this place with some of my deposit. Maintenance requests were either ignored or you would be blamed for it. Furthermore, another resident decided to crash into my vehicle in the parking lot and try to leave it and just move over. Somewhat luckily the building out front has cameras. But unfortunately said kind neighbor didn't have insurance. That was just the icing on the cake of this ... read more

Call trying to correct a place on the map I couldn't find a description box so the place I was trying to edit is 219 smelter Avenue Northeast Apartment Complex it is behind the driver's license application building off of smelter not off of 23rd which is a church

Shelly and Jay Agrimson were my landlords for a very long time during my time at Malmstrom Air Force Base. I left each of their properties in the best conditions, if not even better than what they gave them to me in. In fact, the last home was not even completely finished build at the time my family and I moved in.
