So far so good, have not had a bad experience with the medical provider or team. I do my follow up sleep studies after my Inspire activation and everything has been good.
I had my referral changed to a different clinic. Their office is very hard to get in contact with over the phone and in their messaging portal.
Difficult to reach by phone
My cardiologist sent my at home sleep apnea test to Twilight Clinic for their doctor to interpret. On September 4th, I got a call from Twilight Clinic who told me I needed to pay a $30 copay to have my sleep apnea test interpretation sent to my cardiologist; if I didn’t pay, they wouldn’t send it.
