Tom is a consummate professional. His communication was excellent throughout and he was incredibly generous with his time and expertise. I ended up bringing both my vehicles to him, one for new car protection package and tinting and the other for paint correction and ceramic coating including hand polishing some tricky glass areas. Blown away by how well it came up. Huge thanks to Tom and Ian for the incredible work!
We've had the window tinting of two of our cars done with Tom and his team. Tom is an absolute pleasure to deal with. A very honest person who will not charge you more for the sake of it. Tom initially quoted us to have the whole car tinted, however when we turned up and he had an opportunity to view the car in person, he advised that not all the windows needed to be done and therefore reduced the cost. This review is just about the quote process. We didn’t end up going with Twilight, only because another company was recommended to us by close friends. That had nothing to do with Twilight or their quote. Tom was great to deal with. He was very responsive and clear the whole way through, which honestly stood out. The pricing was also very fair.
