It was my first time there . The young lady that waited on me was very nice , professional . I also met another customer there and we started chatting away . I definitely will be back again . It was a lot of nice items there decent prices .
Lost my consigned items, lied about where they were and hung up on me after having a conversation with Jennifer the manager. Items on racks are outdated and overly worn. Customer service is spelled RUDE.. do t waste your time.

I just love your re-sale boutique! I live in Brunswick Township. I come to visit my friend in Twinsburg and she introduced me to your store. I've been there a few times recently and "never leave empty handed!" Your shop never disappoints. Great shopping for any occasion. I so wish you had a boutique closer to me!
