why would the workers for twigs, use there blowers on the weekends AROUND A PARKING LOT, BLOWING ALL OVER RESIDENTS CARS AND TRUCKS YES SAT AND SUN. THEN TELL A RESIDENT TO ' F- OFF ' IN WHAT LITTLE ENGLISH HE SPOKE, when asked to stop blowing around his cars.
