The WORST service ever received. Waited hours and hours for anyone to return a call. $$$ charged and issue NOT fixed. Hired another contractor and for minimum cost (
Quality of repairs are excellent, the people are very friendly, prices very fair in my opinion. Having said all that it did take them awhile to get back to me after I got an estimate. But overall I am very happy with the service, price and quality of workmanship. This will be my "regular" plumber from now on.
Disgusted with service The company arrived to clear a drain in my basement. They were here 2 hours, left, returned 2 hours later to pick up something they forgot. Never spoke to me to say whether they fixed the problem or not. Next day they were to arrive after they finished a job they were on. 4PM we're told they will be there soon. 5:30pm they still haven't arrived. I would not recommend this service to anyone after this experience.
