Extremely disappointed in the sales department. I purchased an Indian from Twiggs in 2016 and I remember being amazed at how great the experience was. Fast forward to 2023. I sent an inquiry via email and waited days without a response. I finally had to send a text inquiry to get a response. RecommendedGreat experience from start to finish. I showed up on a Saturday to look at the Challenger. I was greeted and ask if I had any questions. I stated I was looking at the Challenger and wanted more information. They were super busy and were closing soon. The Floor Manager, Chad Gordon, came over and answered all of my question even though it was after hours. I return a few days later to test drive the bike.
