Extremely disappointed in the sales department. I purchased an Indian from Twiggs in 2016 and I remember being amazed at how great the experience was. Fast forward to 2023. I sent an inquiry via email and waited days without a response. I finally had to send a text inquiry to get a response. After being given a quote, I inquired if Twiggs still offered a military discount. I was then told because I am deployed overseas with the government, I cannot purchase a bike.
