Unfortunately as I continue my journey with Twig it feels like I’m falling through the cracks. On one hand it’s amazing to see how many people they are helping, but over the past few months it almost feels like they can’t handle the volume and the attention to detail and care are suffering which is a scary place to be when it comes to your fertility journey. Great experience here! The clinic itself is very nice, clean and welcoming, with an onsite phlebotomy lab and pharmacy which make it a one stop shop. The nurses and doctors were kind and compassionate, and the front desk was always ready with a smile and a quick response over email. And at the end of it all - I had a wonderful baby girl and they kept tabs on us all through the first trimester before referring us to an OB. Would definitely recommend.
Came to this clinic after one year dealing with infertility. The clinic itself is beautiful and smooth when it comes to getting bloodwork/tests, talking to the nurses. However it felt like after running very standard testing, and being diagnosed with unexplained infertility, the doctor here was very quick to recommend fertility treatment, including IVF. As a queer couple, we were a bit nervous about starting our family building journey with a care team, but Twig made us feel nothing short of welcomed, accepted and valued. I can't stress enough how amazing the entire Twig team was. From the front desk, to the physicians drawing my blood and calming my nerves, I felt more relaxed throughout each visit. Overall, I had a very smooth experience with Twig. I had started this process at Mount Sinai but I am glad that I switched to Twig. For my procedure, I required moderate-deep sedation anaesthesia (vs the typical conscious sedation). My doctor was Dr Alex Yeung— I was throughly impressed!!
