Emma is amazing, I am FIFO and could not attend my ex mother-in-laws funeral. A quick call to Emma and then a simple online ordering process later and a beautiful wreath was delivered to the funeral home to accompany this lady to her service. Outstanding customer care and service from Emma as I was rather upset I couldn’t attend. A picture was sent to me by a family member after the service and the arrangement was everything I had hoped for. Thank you so much Emma, you are a superstar
I ordered a deluxe bunch of flowers online from what I thought was the Gawler Flower Gallery in the main street, costing over $130 after delivery. Later that day I missed a call from Armidale which was followed by an email saying that the flowers I had ordered were not available and had been substituted with others. When I returned home from work I must say I was extremely underwhelmed by the quality and size of the bunch delivered. A hidden little gem for coffee in gawler.
These guys went above and beyond......they left me a voicemail to advise they were about to deliver my gift and wanted to check if I wanted a message for a card as this hadn't come through with my online order. By the time I was able to ring back and confirm that yes I did want a card, they had already left to deliver the gift but assured me they would deliver it separately and just asked me to resend my message for the card.
