I first saw Jo after a terrible haircut I had received elsewhere. She listened, understood and set up a plan to get things back on track. From the first cut it was clear that she was a highly skilled and experienced hair dresser. I’m so happy to have found Jo! The terrible haircut is gone and, not only that, I’ve gained a friend :)
