Thanh always does an amazing job and brings every nail idea I give her to life with creativity and attention to detail. I absolutely love my nails every time. Highly recommend!
They were a no-show for a scheduled appointment. I booked an appointment for 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:55 AM. Despite a stated opening time of 9:30 AM, the doors were locked. I waited outside in the heat until 10:20 AM. I am 6 months pregnant and made multiple attempts to contact the business during this time, including two phone calls and a message, none of which were answered.
