Worst apartments I've been to in my life. My first roommates I had were very rude and I kept having different roommates everytime I turn around. This place also switches new management every few months! I can never get a hold of the managers that run this place and they even blamed me for things that i never did before, for example, they gave me a crappy garage door remote and blamed me that I broke it when it was broken to begin with!! Terrible management that does not care at all. When I first moved in, the WiFi was not working. When I contacted the manager, I was told to call Century Link, who asked for information only management has. Took over a month to get WiFi to work. In addition, management decided to change the boiler because the water was freezing. Residents had to deal with cold water for a week until they decided to change the boiler. This meant they turned the water off, but didn't think to inform anyone. Would not recommend.

I've never had such a bad experience living somewhere. When we first moved in, everything was great. After about a month of living here, we submitted two maintenance requests to fix some outlets in our apartment that didn't work, and to fix the only big burner on the stove that didn't work. The next day maintenance came by and looked at the stove and simply said "yeah it's been like that for awhile. Nothing we can do about it." And did nothing about the outlets.
