Zero star!!!!!!!!! twenty80 needs a warning sign that says, "STAY AWAY'. The entire lot of staff (9) resigned within a 5-day period back in August this year, due to Tanya not paying superannuation for over two years. Tanya Still has not paid all superannuation and is ignoring ex-employees' email request, and this has affected their mental health. We stressed most weeks if we were going to get paid. Falsely advertises employees who don't work there as support workers. Do more harm than good when it comes to mental health for both employees and people requiring support
Since I have been with twenty80 I have gained a lot of self confidence and have been able to cope a lot better with my mental illness. Tanya and Racheal show a lot of compassion, respect and empathy towards their clients. I always feel validated by my support workers, and my needs are always met without ever being left behind. If there are illnesses etc with workers, I am never left without support and shifts are always covered.
