I ended my lease in December last year and contacted the apartment management to request the return of my security deposit. They claimed that the deposit had been mailed out in January. However, two months later, neither my roommate nor I have received it. We have reached out to the management multiple times, but have not received any response. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I’ve lived in this building for about three years, and the recent sudden management/ownership change was handled extremely poorly. My heat failed over a cold weekend, and none of the provided contact numbers were answered. Multiple emails received no reply except being told to wait until Monday (through concierge). Heat is an essential habitability requirement in this area, so being left without heat or support for the entire weekend was extremely concerning.
