I have lived here for 3 years and the washing machine are always broken. The machine just take your money. Also I’ve called to let them know about the machine not working and they tell me they can’t do anything and they put notice to get them fixed but it’s been months and the machine are still broken! The staff is nice but I don’t know what they do but it’s not much. The apartments themselves are fine, but but there is only 1 working washing machine in the laundry facility near the pool. All of the others either take your money and don't start, or will wash the clothes but leave them flooded in water. We have complained to the staff multiple times over the last 2 years and they have remained the same (or worse). Usually we are just told that there is nothing they can do about it and that they have to call someone else to fix it. Fix it please.

this place is terrible I do not recommend. I pay my rent on time every month when things are broke nothing gets fix but the are quick to charge you for something. valet trash does not come when they are supposed too but they put a sign on every ones door saying if you leave trash outside you will be fined $100. you cannot remove the service even if you work the hours trash is supposed to be put out. so I have no choice but to pay for a service i do not use because I walk my trash to the dumpster. i pay for there renters insu... read more
Don't move here! Very old apartments with plenty of issues from water to roaches to office not answering the phone. Definitely not worth the price!
