I had a great experience with the shop Hampden. Mike was very helpful with the repairs I needed on my bike. Ginny had greeted me with great customer service skills. I will definitely return for future repairs on my bike. I own: 2007 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Expert Service I received was: Fork overhaul. It needed it after 7 years of abusive riding. New rear shock with brain fade. My old one got stuck.
As someone who's getting into cycling, I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience with Twenty20 Cycling, I use to work as a shuttle driver for Johns Hopkins University(or now the Blue Jay Shuttle) and I've passed by this store one too many times, so going in it was something I wanted, great store, great employees, great service long story short.
