Excellent experience highly recommend it!
I have been going to Bird for massages for over a year now. She does a great job. Before we start the massage, she always asks if I am experiencing any pain or if I want to work on anything specific, and she focuses on that. Also, she added a new service with float tanks. I tried that today for the first time. I felt like I was floating in the ocean with no one else around, and it was peaceful.
I've reviewed Bird's massage services before, and continue to believe that her deep tissue work is unmatched. And it's time for a new review for two reasons: Bird has moved, and she has added an amazing new service. Now she owns Sedona's Day Spa and Float Tanks, and I am quickly becoming a float believer and enthusiast. These facilities and staff are top notch - wonderful place with such friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, Bird.
Great atmosphere, excellent and wide variety of massage techniques. I’ve tried deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, and Swedish. Bird does a great job!
