We had our first appointment here today and we loved it! We’ll be coming here again, and would recommend this place to our friends and family. Pros were: ease of making appt online, they ran on time, and were very friendly and helpful. Also they are very family friendly and have a space with toys for your kids.
Prompt, professional, kind. Dr. Meg did an an exam for my daughter, and what sets her apart from the average, or even good eye doctor, is her ability to educate and communicate easily with her patients. She is just as cool as she is capable, making patients feel not just at-ease, but warm and welcome. There was zero anxiety and not a single hiccup between scheduling and walking out the door. An added bonus, her office is gorgeous!

Thanks to Dr. Meg I am wearing contacts again when I didn't think it was possible. She also took the time to thoroughly assess my daughter's vision and discovered that she needed glasses. This has made a huge difference in her academic success! Did I mention that Twenty Twenty has a great selection of glasses? Dr. Meg truly goes above and beyond to meet all of our vision needs!
Great environment and staff! Most comfortable eye exam I've had! Even got a great deal on some new purple glasses, can't get any better then that! Definitely will be back with the rest of my clan. :)
I highly and enthusiastically recommend Twenty Twenty! We initially went in a few weeks ago just to look. With their unique and fun selection, I fell in love with a gorgeous pair of Etnia modern tortoiseshell style frames. After a fantastic service experience (including the email/text right to your phone photo booth), I am soooo thrilled we stopped by that day! Also, insurance processing took a mere moment:)
Been here several times & always pleased with our experience. Waiting area has a relaxing atmosphere. We had 4 family members have their eyes checked by Dr Meg. Plus they accept outside prescriptions (some of us had gone elsewhere before we discovered 20/20). My children found frames they liked, I’m very pleased....we will continue to be repeat customers.
