Service was not friendly, housekeeping was poor- your bed would only be made if you requested it the day before – really? Is this an Airbnb at $400 a night? But it does have a very good location- just a poor hotel manager
Last weekend I was in Portland for a bachelorette, and we booked a spa party at the Regency Spa. The manager, April, exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for our party!!!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!! Highly recommend! I had a deep tissue massage by Katrina which was AMAZING! Book your spa appointment there!!!! You won’t be disappointed.
We went to the Spa here for my bachelorette with a total of 6 women. To say the hospitality here is incredible doesnt even begin to describe what we experienced. April was so kind, accommodating, detail oriented and went above and beyond for our group. Our massages from Hannah, Katrina and Katherine were top notch. The best massage I have ever experienced. The facility is so pretty, well laid out and immaculate. Highly recommended. I would return to Portland just to go to the spa here.
