If i could give negative or 0 stars I would. I could write a literal novel on how awful Dr John's is. But long story short he messed my husbands mouth up so bad he wound up in emergency surgery to remove everything Dr John's had put in for implants. He also messed up my root canal so bad he cracked my tooth and I also wound up having to have an implant put in. I refused to let him touch me again so another Dr in the office did my implant work. Doctor Johns and his staff are excellent I got complete mouth restoration I'm happy I get so many compliments
Used a groupon deal for a cleaning, seemed like a good deal for $50. I have never had a cavity or any major problems (63 years old). The hygienist that I was scheduled for apearantly quit that morning (no surprise) and they had ordered a temp for my cleaning. The temp was super nice but did not know how to operate all the systems. I advised them that I have a bad bad gag reflex and had problems tolerating these bulky x-ray trays in my mouth and almost threw up several times. Mind you I only wanted a cleaning, nothing else. Went to this facility for a tooth extraction and Dr. Jackie Johns was very unprofessional and rude! They did not bill my insurance for the tooth extraction the billing office billed false codes that Delta insurance doesn't even recognize. Run from this place he is entitled an VERY unprofessional
