I really do love this store, they have so many options and really cute styles! I definitely understand that some of the items I brought in are either not in style or not in season. But when I brought my bags in the girl went through them right in front of me and took less than a minute to go through all three bags. There’s no way she looked at every single piece, and I have pieces in here that I know for a fact are in style and in season. I brought a couple bags of clothing I no longer liked or couldn't wear and the ladies were very helpful and sweet! They have a great selection and are very good at styling their pieces online :)
went in with two trash bags of clothes and they wouldn’t take a single thing. they took a pair of shoes which were brand new ,never got a confirmation text ,never told me if they sold i had to call and find out myself to get my portion and i only get 36 dollars and it was a brand new pair of nike dunks and the woman i called was the worst customer service i’ve received
I would not trust this business. They should make their policy more clear at drop off. I am out a bag I never intended to donate and all my items at no fault of my own. I feel completely scammed by this business. I have consigned here before but they must have changed the policy since I’ve been last. I dropped off about 20 items and a PINK bag with a white label, per usual instructions, including my name, *updated* phone number, and a note directing that I would like all items to not be donated and the bag is not for sale.... read more
One star because I was physically holding a Kendra Scott necklace yesterday when I decided I wanted it, and then the other employee walks up and takes it away from me along with 2 or 3 other necklaces and says "Oh sorry someone just bought these online". I was 60 seconds from swiping my card. I don't think I'll be going back. Very unprofessional way to do business.
