I really do love this store, they have so many options and really cute styles! I definitely understand that some of the items I brought in are either not in style or not in season. But when I brought my bags in the girl went through them right in front of me and took less than a minute to go through all three bags. I brought a couple bags of clothing I no longer liked or couldn't wear and the ladies were very helpful and sweet! They have a great selection and are very good at styling their pieces online :)

went in with two trash bags of clothes and they wouldn’t take a single thing. they took a pair of shoes which were brand new ,never got a confirmation text ,never told me if they sold i had to call and find out myself to get my portion and i only get 36 dollars and it was a brand new pair of nike dunks and the woman i called was the worst customer service i’ve received
