Love love love the store. Unfortunately I don’t look forward to speaking to staff (younger girls). They are usually laughing and talking, which is fine—if they weren’t ignoring me when I’m standing at the counter right in front of them waiting for someone to answer a question. I just hope that the owner works with them more on customer service. :( I don’t need to be serviced every 10 seconds but they should at least say welcome in and understand that the customer is more important than their personal conversation. My favorite consignment shop ever. They always have a fantastic selection and great pricing. I always find super cute clothing there! Pics attached are a super cute lemon dress and jean jacket I found for my niece!
Update: after posting this review. I received the remainder of my refund. Bought online and they sold the pants in-store. Fine. No problem. But, I need to be refunded the full amount I paid. I've only received refund for the pants. Im still waiting on the 7.99 I paid for shipping!!!! I've reached out to this company twice and no one has gotten back to me.
