Chef Paul’s creations were truly breathtaking and delicious!! The Deconstructed carrot cake was a work of art! Those bourbon raisins and spiced sponge was a perfect end to a wonderful meal!! Special thanks to our great friends Tami and Scott for inviting us to share in this ceremonious occasion!!

We have now had the privilege to experience Chef Paul and his fabulous team on three different and unique occasions.The first time Twenty- Below catered a vineyard party for 100 of my guests, the second time an intimate dinner for eight and the last event was a heavy appetizer reception for twenty. Each time Chef Paul knocked it out of the park!
