12 stone infusion is an amazing place. I was really nervous going in because I needed treatment for my chronic migraines and I’ve never had infusions before. On top of that, I have really tiny veins and I’ve had bad experiences with nurses trying to put IVs in. But the team was so nice and gentle with me. I’m grateful that they kept the facility, comfortable, warm, inviting and generally approachable. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything in great detail! Lorraine got me on the first stick which never happens! Thank you! Also, the water, snacks and comfortable environment really made a difference!
If you need to get an infusion, this is the pace to go! The staff was outstanding - welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had a private room, snacks and a comfortable easy chair. Nurse Practitioner “Leo” was wonderful. Highly recommend!
