I had my second visit to the other day,Bethney and Kylie have the most amazing bed side manner. It has been an amazing stress free process there. Thank you Bethney Vaught and Kylie Flowers for your amazing patient car.
I have been to several different infusion centers in Chattanooga and Knoxville over the years. TwelveStone is the most professional and accommodating facility I've seen. The staff was welcoming to both my husband and me and the private room allowed for a relaxing experience. Bethney and Kylie are both caring and friendly as well as knowledgeable and I've very grateful my new rheumatologist sent me to a center much closer to Crossville! I will see them again in four weeks!
I enjoyed my appointment with Twelve Stone Psoriasis Infusion The staff was excellent and very caring and explained step by step on what the medicine did and how often I would have to have the injections. Really clean, friendly and so much information to exhaust in a manner you can understand. They are very patient and kind and want to help you not just get you in and out. It was a wonderful experience
I would recommend 12 stone to anybody! They were caring and friendly. Bethney and Kylie were so helpful and pleasant. Great senses of humor and bedside manner! Everything was explained thoroughly! They went above and beyond with their care and support. I was comfortable the whole time. The staff were the best! I just can’t brag on them enough for their patient care and kindness.I hope the owner sees this and compliments them. I asked for his email, but they didn’t have a direct email for him.
