I would recommend 12 stone to anybody! They were caring and friendly. Bethney and Kylie were so helpful and pleasant. Great senses of humor and bedside manner! Everything was explained thoroughly! They went above and beyond with their care and support. I was comfortable the whole time. The staff were the best! I just can’t brag on them enough for their patient care and kindness.I hope the owner sees this and compliments them. I asked for his email, but they didn’t have a direct email for him.
I had a wonderful experience at TwelveStone. The staff was so welcoming as soon as my Dad and I walked in. They explained everything so well, assured I was comfortable the whole time, and made sure my first infusion was such a pleasant experience. If 10 stars was an option I’d give them 10 stars! And I am so excited to say I didn’t have a migraine yesterday!!!
I absolutely LOVE this 12 Stone! I went there to get my injection, and everyone was so nice and made me feel right at home! It was comfy with snacks and drinks, comfortable chairs, Television, and the hospitality is outstanding!
Today was my first day going to 12 Stone Infusion Center and my doctor was Bethany VAUGHT, She was wonderful and so was the rest of the staff. She took her time with me explained everything When she gave me my injections. She did not hurt me we were offered drinks and snacks, They made us feel very comfortable and welcome
The staff at 12 Stone always make me feel comfortable and at ease. I am so thankful that they now have an infusion center here in Cookeville! They are a pleasure to have as part of my health care team.
