This review is a part of my quest to visit all CT breweries. I encountered Twelvenote stands at several beer fests before, but this was my first visit to the brewery. The brewery shares a building with another venue. There is a small parking lot in front of the building. The space consists of a small outdoor patio, and a small indoor room.
