I had a wonderful experience with Twelve31, especially thanks to Liz! She helped me throughout my entire leasing and moving process and made everything so much easier. She was always responsive, patient, and kind, answering all of my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way.
I have lived in this community for almost four years, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. When I first moved in, this was a quiet, clean, and comfortable community. The property was well maintained, management was responsive, and it was genuinely a pleasant place to live. Unfortunately, the quality of the community has declined significantly over the years. It was great. In and out in 5 minutes. Took care of the problem
The representative who assisted me today before closing has zero customer service I tried to create small talk by letting her know that I was picking up my children. That’s why I was late and she literally just stood in silence. Continue to do what she was doing. I went to get my holding deposit and brought it back because I liked the unit, but her attitude was just very standoffish not welcoming.
