Pros: Well-maintained community and units. The staff are friendly and approachable—hands down to Liz for always being helpful! Maintenance staff are also polite, respectful, and responsive. Great location, close to schools, grocery stores, and easily accessible to the hospital. Cons: Unfortunately, my car was vandalized in the parking lot, and my son’s mountain bike was also stolen within the same month. I had a wonderful experience with Twelve31, especially thanks to Liz! She helped me throughout my entire leasing and moving process and made everything so much easier. She was always responsive, patient, and kind, answering all of my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way.

I have lived in this community for almost four years, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. When I first moved in, this was a quiet, clean, and comfortable community. The property was well maintained, management was responsive, and it was genuinely a pleasant place to live. Unfortunately, the quality of the community has declined significantly over the years.
