Since I’ve shared my one star review about how twelve 31 apartments incentivizes reviews from residents, they have tried to deny that they failed to perform their legally required move-out inspection. Beware potential renters, of the headaches you may face, more updates as they hopefully resolve this. Currently wrapping up the move-out process so this may have more info soon, but for any prospective residents trying to get an honest picture of living here through yelp reviews, you probably want to know that most of these reviews were likely incentivized by management's email mentioning that reviews are entered into a drawing for a $75 doordash gift card. Seen in attached screenshot.
