The manager there is completely rude. Locks the gates 45 minutes early often, so we don't have access to the space we pay for, also gets biligerant and screams at you when you're leaving 10 minutes before closing. Apparently they need to change the closing time because this person can't handle the 9pm close that's posted.
Great On-Site Managers, clean facility, good security and evening accessibility.

Let me be clear the food is good - the service is absolutely horrible. We drop in every now and then and frankly it just doesn't get better. I don't want to see the store close but want folks to know bring your patience.
