I have had storage units off and on at several different storage facilities over the years. Twelve Trees has been the best. Best price I could find anywhere near me. It is well-maintained and has a friendly atmosphere. I really like that they have resident management; It feels much safer, and I appreciate not having to punch in a gate code to get in and out. I had real problems with that at a different storage facility several years ago; my code kept failing, and I’d have to wait for someone from another office to drive over... read more
The manager there is completely rude. Locks the gates 45 minutes early often, so we don't have access to the space we pay for, also gets biligerant and screams at you when you're leaving 10 minutes before closing. Apparently they need to change the closing time because this person can't handle the 9pm close that's posted.
Great On-Site Managers, clean facility, good security and evening accessibility.
