I would like to share my experience to everyone and just be aware of this company (whoever was working there that dealt with us before) make sure you check every corner of the house for any defects and have the PDI paperwork with you as they won’t honor any defects that was not there on your inspection, even tarion won’t accept it if it wasn’t on the PDI list, the company will get away with that and will have that excuse, and also make sure you are on time filing your forms as they won’t do anything when your time of filing ... read more
