Really poor management and communication. We rented a large 5 bedroom house that holds 13 people. The house was for sale and perhaps that is why but it was VERY understocked. There were 6 coffee cups. There were 4 wine glasses. There were 6 towels (6!! in a house that sleeps 13!!). There was 1/2 of a sample bottle of dish soap and no extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. The cabinets in the garage that hold supplies were TOTALLY empty. It was bizarrely understocked!
