We are terribly disappointed in Twelve Oaks. We contacted them on 9/23 to fix sprinkler system. We were told they would call us back. They called on 9/25 to say they had to get with a superviser to schedule. Never heard back. We called again on 10/8 to follow up and they said they would get with a supervisor and get back with us. We heard nothing Again. We called them back again on 10/28 and was told they would let us know what the supervisor said. Didn’t hear back.
