Generally speaking, this new/newer modern construction is pretty good. I have higher standards though and if I were a developer of this type of property I would come up with more improvements...For example maybe a pond, fountains, better gate/s, whatever. I would be rich with the billions that I deserve and I would answer prayers by making extra-nice properties....Maybe a private park or mini-community center w/ library? AC. Chandeliers inside. :)
