My recent stay here was ok. The first night, there were a few hiccups where the room we were initially given smelled like mildew and Aisha was kind enough to switch the room for us. The room card to the room she switched it to didn't work, so not only did she assign us another room, but she also upgraded it as well with the help of the her manager (he was a male and I didn't catch his name).
