I watched this building go up and noted all the ways the builders cheaped out on cladding, etc. but nothing prepared me for the absolute tragedy of the units themselves. Each completed suite that lands on the MLS, only to stagnate there for months without finding renters even in a housing crisis, features a layout less usable than the one before it, as if competing in the Sad Olympics. No signs. No builder’s name. The owner lives in India where he gets his money. No prices of the little boxes.The parking is an issue in the lane way. Probably the condos are priced at 130:00 bucks/ sq ft.
Delays. Layouts are cramped. Why such a high rating? Location?
It's not even built yet. And a bunch of realtors want to give 5 stars to something that is not even built and full of construction issues still. That is a NO on Google reviews.
