Some strong pros, and significant cons to this location - Pros: - beautiful building, peaceful, decor is luxury-hotel level. - great location - interior is lavish, great appliances - some really nice amenities Cons: - seems understaffed, I had to wait in the lobby twice for at least 10 minutes before anyone welcomed me (they've sent leasing agents elsewhere, feels like a skeleton crew) - traffic noise from DNT is noticeable inside the apartment - the gym isn't great (they offer a complimentary membership to Cowboys Fit) - th... read more
The Twelve high rise apartments gave me such a positive experience. I was delighted to stay there. The events were very fun; I truly enjoyed myself. The quality of association were AMAZING!! Many places to dine at being in the heart of The Star. Especially, The Cowboys Club, and Cowboys Fit were all fantastic. The concierge team were always respectful and kind.
