Excellent Job!! – Twelve Bridges carpet did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! We had several stains that have not come back since our carpets were cleaned. I would refer to our friends and family anyday!!
Reliable, Professional and Thorough – I was first referrred to Tony @ Twelve Bridges by my insurance company (USAA) about 9 years ago when I had some water damage in my home. Awesome job!!! – My dogs had ruined our bedroom carpet- or so I thought, but TBCTC came out and cleaned the carpet. It was an amazing transformation, and it looked as good as the day it was installed. They were fast and efficient. I will recommend them to anyone and look forward to having them out again in the future.
Professional, Flexible, and great people – My husband and I bought a foreclosure in a gated community in Lincoln, CA. We called 5 or 6 different carpet cleaning businesses. Some were giving me quotes over the phone...saying the price may change if they find stains. (What would I need them for if there weren't stains?!!?!?! lol) BUT Twelve Bridges was very different. Great service! – When we moved into our new house, the carpets had badly been damaged by the peoples pets who lived there before. Because we signed the paperwork with out mentioning it we were on our own to get it fixed. I had asked around and twelve bridges carpet had installed and cleaned a couple of my friends houses.
