Terrible experience with one of their reception staff. Inattentive, dismissive and rude. Didn't even put her biscuit down to talk to me. I don't know what the doctors are like here as I wouldn't put up with that treatment to get through to them.
I have been attending Tweed Surgery for 10 years and found the quality of care at be excellent. The staff are very efficient, friendly and proffessional. My doctor is extremely thorough and I feel very much at ease with him. Highly recommend practise.
Dr Lao is an excellent GP with years of experience and professionalism. He is friendly always explains everything clearly and gives you options for other specialists. Totally grateful for his genuine caring help and support. Also many thanks to the lovely staff and nurses who are so friendly and helpful.
