Clean office and friendly staff. Whole office is kid friendly which is a plus and makes the kids feel more comfortable. Definitely recommend bringing your children here for their care.
I would like to thank Dr Raeanne Guerra for being great with my daughter patient and caring. Before this visit my daughter was terrified with doctor but Dr Raeanne Guerra was able to help her get over that fear.
I have read other reviews and can only imagine that someone was having a bad day. I found this provider to be kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I would suggest this provider to everyone I know.
They are extremely short staffed and if you call for assistance they will deny help due to extremely low staffing that is according to the women who answered the call this morning and don't try to speak to the office manager because she's "also taking calls" I switched both my children to this practice because Dr Rosemary Tweed has nothing but wonderful reviews from mutiple of my family members. I’m sure the doctor is a sweet guy/girl. I just had a c section so I’m not sure who I’m reviewing exactly. I got a bill from his office so I called them and the biller was extremely rude. She told me I should have called them a long time ago…. Sorry I didn’t know your facility didn’t have my insurance information. I have 2 under 2, my hands are full. So rude I’m so glad I have a different medical group cause I would hate to have to speak to someone like that, especially during post partum when you’re already feeling not your... read more
