This salon provided an appalling and unsanitary experience for $75, starting with a total lack of hygiene where the technician worked barehanded despite having visible blisters on her hands and used her own fingernails as cuticle pushers. The staff displayed unacceptable rudeness and unprofessionalism, ignoring my design requests, repeatedly pressuring me to get a different set next time, switching my technician mid-service, and constantly speaking in their own language right in front of me.
