This was my first and last visit. My nails look terrible and mishapen. My pedicure was awful. She tore my nail bed on my Big toe and it was bleeding profusely. I’m now concerned for infection issues. Then I was burned with hot rocks! I didn’t ask for this service. No apology or anything. Please don’t come here. The salon was filthy and there were employees walking around in bare feet……please skip this place. I paid 175.00 to potentially get an infection and burned. Update…..my toe is indeed infected now. I had an awful experience at this nail shop. During my visit, the nail technician burned me and my friend causing discomfort and damage to our skin. Not to mention our nails weren’t the right shape. And to make matters worse, when me and my friend were paying the lady started adding random taxes to our final bill. When we inquired about them, the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation. 10 out of 10. Would recommend this place if you have sensitive cuticles everything Alina is the best. She was super cautious with doing my nails. Made sure she didn't hurt me at all while doing them and it does amazing designs
I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, but after some insight from others I feel obliged to do so. I went in for a pedicure 12 days ago when it wasn’t particularly busy, just looking to get some calluses removed off of my feet because I’m on the go often. They did in fact remove my calluses well, but during the buffing my skin was cut, raw, and bleeding just from the force being used. I thought I’d get some kind of courtesy discount, but when I saw the price it was $10 more than I anticipated because they kinda rushed me ... read more
