Unfortunately, Tweaks by Geeks has two locations – one on Montgomery Crossroads and the other is Pooler on Highway 80. I received excellent customer care at the Montgomery Crossroads location; however, when I dropped my computer off there for diagnosis and repair it ended up at the Pooler location. The guy who repaired my computer, Rex, was friendly and efficient. My complaint is that the Pooler location shares that shop with a very rude person who repairs telephones.
