I contacted TWC to clean three small ice makers. Before they would even schedule the work, they required me to sign a 1-year service contract. After signing the contract, no one showed up for over four months, despite multiple phone calls asking for service. Eventually they finally sent technicians out to clean the machines. They sent two technicians for three small ice makers, and then tried to charge extra for the cleaning, even though the cleaning was supposed to be included in the service contract.
