I contacted TWC to clean three small ice makers. Before they would even schedule the work, they required me to sign a 1-year service contract. After signing the contract, no one showed up for over four months, despite multiple phone calls asking for service. Eventually they finally sent technicians out to clean the machines. I don't believe there is a better group in Atlanta or in Charleston to take care of our refrigeration needs. They hire well and train well and as a result, Heather, Robin and Austin are spoiling us rotten. We just wanted to give this team a well-deserved shout out. Long overdue.
