The Tech came and repaired my equipment. Same day service and repair. The tech was very professional.
Three long calls, three promises that they'll call back once they "set up an account". Ghosted each time. Oh well.
I tried, for weeks, to work with them on replacing damaged parts on a case. After several ridiculous and incompetent experiences, I gave up. Having damaged cases is easier than working with them. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely not recommended. . . . and as for the owner's response? no one ever reached out to me. It's been over a year. Again, absolutely not recommended.
