I hesitated about leaving this review but maybe this could help someone. I got a silk press from this business 3 years ago. I wear my hair in its naturally curly state and I only get silk presses once a year. When I saw this business advertised as “specialized in natural hair” I thought I had made the right choice. However a few weeks after I got my hair done, I washed it and saw I was left with significant damage. The salon is beautiful. Atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The hair steaming treatment is so relaxing and the shampoo bowl seating is an absolutely comfortable must have for all salons to invest in. Conversations are lite very respectful.
Great experience with Ms. T. Wash. Haven't been to a professional salon in years due to unprofessional stylist and services that caused me to lose my hair. Ms. T Wash herself was friendly and professional and her shop is inviting and intimate, making clients like myself that have hair insecurities more comfrontable. Looking forward to my next appointment!!
