I have had many negative experiences with the receptionist Poi. She is so rude and bitter as a person. The way she has ignored me despite me not doing anything wrong to her personally is so insensitive of her. I used to say hello to her whenever I had entered in the clinic to which she never responded back to me. She is very selective in who she says hello to.
