Poi was very rude. I come all the way from Barrie for 20 years. I’ve been coming here and I was forced to get my pills in Barrie cause she wouldn’t let me see my doctor. She’s very rude to everybody there. I don’t know why she’s still working there.
Great doctors, especially Dr. Metrie. My family have been coming here for over 15 years.
I have had many negative experiences with the receptionist Poi. She is so rude and bitter as a person. The way she has ignored me despite me not doing anything wrong to her personally is so insensitive of her. I used to say hello to her whenever I had entered in the clinic to which she never responded back to me. She is very selective in who she says hello to.
